It’s honey harvest time! This month I was lucky enough to host a corporate honey tasting with the marketing team at MYOB in Richmond, VIC. We covered the basics of honey tasting and shared notes on a variety of mono-floral honeys from VIC, SA and NSW. At the end, we paired the honeys with a selection of cheeses. The team loved the experience and picked up some new skills along the way. I can guarantee there won’t be a cheese board that doesn’t feature a selection of honeys at their next dinner parties.
